The founder and general partner of DCS, Mr. Bulleit led next generation Internet, professional services, and electronic commerce initiatives for over ten years as BellSouth Corporation’s Chief Strategist. Previously, he was President of BellSouth’s Advanced Networks Group where he guided an assortment of strategic relationships and projects.  Earlier he founded ICS TranstexT®, an early packet-data networking company that was later acquired by BellSouth. Following undergraduate studies in electrical engineering and information systems at Purdue and Georgia Tech respectively, Mr. Bulleit completed the Executive MBA Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Management of Technology Program at MIT’s Sloan School of Management. He has also served on a number of corporate and not-for-profit boards.

Mr. Cowan is President of Strategic Planning and Corporate Initiatives for Sprint Nextel Corporation. Prior to joining Sprint he was Executive Vice President at Genuine Parts Company, before which he spent over ten years as a senior executive at BellSouth Corporation, serving in various capacities including Chief Planning and Development Officer, President - Marketing and Product Management, and Chief Field Operations Officer. Mr. Cowan also is a former partner of Alston & Bird, a national law firm based in Atlanta. He serves as a general business advisor to the company and assists with business development activities.
